How do you define success? Are you holding yourself to your own definition, or are you trying to conform to someone else’s?
Today I’m joined by one of the members within the Serve Scale Soar membership, Priscilla Greene, who is sharing her journey to finding her own definition of success.
Priscilla Greene is a wife, a mom of three, and owner of Freedom to Focus Business Support. She provides executive assistance services to six and seven-figure women business owners.
We’re talking all about confidence and how it plays into your business, why the relationships that we build matter, why being yourself is more important than anything, and the reasons defining success on your own terms and not someone else’s is the biggest gift you can give yourself.
- Sometimes you’re ready before you think you are
- How Priscilla quadrupled her yearly income
- Why confidence doesn’t necessarily grow with income
- How you define success is individual and specific to you
- The importance of being able to say no
- How being yourself will attract the clients you want to work with
- Why discovery calls that don’t end with a win aren’t the end of the world
This was a great conversation and it went in such a different direction than I was expecting. Priscilla has some really great wisdom to share, so I’m grateful that she took the time to share it with us today.
Don’t forget to reach out to Priscilla and tell her your biggest takeaways. I always love having members of my Serve Scale Soar community on the show and I know she’d love to hear from you!
