107: How to Streamline Your Client Experience So You Can Quickly Simplify Your Workload with Karima Neghmouche

Did you notice that we rebranded?!

I am so in love with everything, so I wanted to bring on the beautiful mastermind behind all of the new branding, Karima Neghmouche!

Karima is a web and graphic designer based out of North Carolina who left her 9-5 as a Director of Marketing only months after starting her first business to live out her dream. Now, she works with kick-ass entrepreneurs to create or elevate their brands so they can live their dreams, too.

It was such an amazing experience to work with Karima, so I am excited to be chatting with her all about my experience with her as well as how she runs her business.

We get into how she charges a higher rate, how she’s able to bring people’s ideas into a beautiful reality, how she keeps her client experience simple and so much more.

Value Bombs:

  • Why you don’t need a formal background to start your business
  • The process of unlearning some of your formal education
  • The benefit of simplifying your client experience
  • Why you should avoid processes that don’t work for you
  • How to hold your clients accountable
  • Recommending other service providers without a referral program

There is so much gold in this episode! I love that Karima shared all about how she sets boundaries with clients and how that allows her to have flexibility in her business.
