How the heck do you get through the holidays when you work with clients? 

We are diving into this in this episode for all of you that are service providers, course creators, or those of you that have memberships!

Trust me when I say that it is never too soon to start preparing for a busy holiday season. It is approaching SO quickly this year! 2021 is going to be over before we know it, and I think it is so important that we plan ahead so we can move through the busiest time of year with ease and confidence.

With that said, I am walking you through a few steps that you can take to prepare for working with clients during holidays. These steps can also apply to any holiday throughout the year, so keep that in mind too! 

Value Bombs:

  • Mark off the days that you want to be off way ahead of time
  • Mark when you need deliverables on your calendar so everything gets done
  • Tips for planning a marketing schedule (especially for November)
  • The most crucial months for growth: November, December, January and February
  • Email your clients and team and state important dates to be aware of
  • Stick to your boundaries by continuing to give notice

Remember, you get to decide what days you are taking off and how you handle working on or around certain holidays. This is your business! Just make sure that you are planning ahead of time and communicating to your clients, students, and team!

The earlier you start planning, the better! Believe me! The more advanced notice you give, the more your clients, students, and team can prepare and respect your boundaries.

I want you to be able to take time to celebrate you, your family, and the holidays and be present with them. Know that your business will not fall apart in those days.
