138: Finding your Ideal Audience, Niching Down, and Failing Forward with Sita Kelly

Have you ever wanted to start a business in a super niche topic? 

When getting started, many people are scared to focus on just one audience. They worry that it won’t bring in enough business, but it is actually great for businesses to niche down! In this episode of Serve Scale Soar®, I am chatting with one of my Beta to Biggie members, Sita Kelly, who created a successful business serving a very niched-down audience. 

Sita has a degree in Religious Studies from The University of California, Santa Barbara. She spent 14 years as a nun at the Vedanta Society, studying Hindu philosophy and practicing meditation. When she first heard about resistance stretching, it struck her as something she knew to be true: your body is a map of your mind.

You can heal and empower yourself by stretching and transforming your fascia. When you stretch in the way that her method, The Bendable Body Method, teaches, it’s like a meditation for your body. Sita has 9 years of experience as a Flexibility Trainer, she loves helping people new to her method incorporate it quickly and with ease. She also loves being a business owner and the freedom and potential it offers. 

Sita’s business is so specific but her membership has brought in so many members! There is so much power in niching down your services and creating a leveraged program- you’ll be amazed at what can happen.
