159: A 3-Year Anniversary Celebration: Building Strong Relationships with Clients with Stephanie Judice

This episode of Serve Scale Soar® is a super special one because we are celebrating our 3-year anniversary! 

To celebrate, I have a special guest joining me today. Stephanie Judice is my podcast producer, and she is joining us today to talk about her podcast management business, how she works, client retention, and so much more. 

This podcast episode isn’t just for podcast managers! It has useful tips and information for any service provider. Stephanie has so much knowledge to share, so I am so excited she joined us.

Stephanie is the CEO of a podcast production agency that works primarily with female coaches, consultants, and course creators to help them launch their podcasts and provide ongoing management services.  With a knack for project management, organization, and design, Stephanie found her calling when one of her VA clients wanted to start a podcast.  Thanks to google and YouTube, Stephanie started her biz from home and has grown into a small agency that now serves clients across the US! 

Stephanie and her team work behind the scenes to make sure their client’s podcasts are released into the world every week without a hitch, saving their clients time (and frustration!) while helping them to connect with their audience and establish themselves as an expert in their fields.  She believes that podcasting is one of the best ways coaches and consultants can showcase their expertise and bring in new clients and customers to their business.

Away from work, Stephanie enjoys spending time outdoors with her two boys, enjoying a glass of wine on the back porch with her hubby, or snuggling up with a warm coffee and a good book.
